Construction and investment holding “Avtoban” is one of the three largest Russian road construction companies and a long-term general contractor of the Federal Road Agency Rosavtodor and the State Company Avtodor. The holding's key competencies are design, road construction, engineering, PPP projects, and road maintenance. More than 7000 employees of the holding build roads in 16 subjects of five federal districts of Russia. The gross volume of contracts, including PPP projects, more 400 billion rubles, the market share is up to 9.2%.
The largest implemented projects of the holding include new construction and reconstruction of the highways TsKAD-3, TsKAD-4, M1 Belarus, M3 Ukraine, M4 Don, M5 Ural, M7 Volga, M8 Kholmogory, M11 Moscow-Saint Petersburg.

TransStroyMekhanizatsiya LLC (part of Roads & Bridges JSC) is an experienced participant in Russian road network development projects and leader in the segment of airport (airfield) flat infrastructure and Category 1 roads construction. Presently the Company participates in the largest national transport network development projects such as reconstruction of sections of highways M-4 "Don", M-1 "Belarus", M-12 "Moscow-Kazan", reconstruction of airports in Krasnoyarsk and Khabarovsk regions and others.

Rosmorport has the largest icebreaking group in the world. The fleet of the enterprise includes 33 icebreakers and icebreaking tugs, which provide pilotage in 15 freezing seaports of Russia.
One of the key tasks of Rosmorport is to ensure the safety of navigation in the waters of seaports and on approaches to them by creating innovative infrastructure of the seaports. The enterprise is a customer for 34 projects for the construction and reconstruction of port facilities under the Complex plan for modernization and development of infrastructure. Thanks to this, the capacity of the ports will grow by more than 263 million tons by 2030. NCSP Group is the largest stevedore of the Russian Federation. It consists of eight companies: PJSC NCSP, JSC NLE, JSC NSY, LLC IPP, LLC PTP, LLC BSC, JSC NCSP Fleet, LLC SFP. The mission of Russian River Register (RRR) is to render services and carry out activities aimed at:
- provision of technical safety of the river and river-sea vessels and floating objects;
- protection of life and health of passengers and crew members;
- provision of cargo safety conditions;
- provision of environmental safety of the vessels and floating objects.
RRR performs classification of the river and river-sea vessels and floating objects. The organizational structure of RRR consists of the Head Office and 14 Branch Offices located across the Russian Federation. More than 23,000 vessels and floating objects have the class of RRR.
Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Morsviazsputnik”, being a part of the Federal Agency of Marine and River Transport, implements a number of state and national projects delivering a full portfolio of communications services and products for maritime, land and aviation markets in Russia and globally. Morsviazsputnik represents the Russian Federation in the international organizations and programs such as International Maritime Organization, International Telecommunication Union, International Organization for Mobile Satellite Communications, International COSPAS-SARSAT Program and others.
Morsviazsputnik is a national operator of INMARSAT mobile satellite communications system on the territory of the Russian Federation, Iridium service provider. Today the company operates its own ground infrastructure that has become an important component of the international telecommunication satellite networks and is forming the national ground segment of Inmarsat mobile satellite network in Russia.
Since its incorporation in 1976, Morsviazsputnik has grown into a unique telecom operator that works not only in mobile satellite communications industry but also is approaching global fiber optic market as the appointed operator of the “Polar Express” project, the transarctic submarine fiber optic cable line from Murmansk to Vladivostok along the North Sea Route.

Federal State Unitary Enterprise ZaschitaInfoTrans, subordinate to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, is the center of competence in the field of transport industry digitalization, including information and transport security.
The enterprise was established in 1996 by the co-decision of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the State Technical Commission under the President of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. In July 2021 we celebrated our 25th anniversary.
FSUE ZashchitaInfoTrans is an authorized developer and operator of the Unified State Information System for Transport Security, which was created in the interests of the Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation, competent authorities (Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation, FSB RF) and a number of other authorities. Starting with 2013 more than 8,500 carriers and different kinds of transport infrastructure participants have been connected to the system. In real-time mode it collects information on passenger traffic from 149 different countries. The list of information suppliers and users of the system is constantly expanding.
FSUE ZashchitaInfoTrans is an expert in the field of information security and a system integrator for the implementation of global IT and digital projects in transport industry.

Center for Strategic Research (CSR) is a non-commercial organization that plays key role in elaboration and implementation of long-term development strategy of Russia's economy.
CSR was established in December 1999.
CSR senior management (in different periods of time): Herman Gref, Elvira Nabiullina, Alexei Kudrin, Dmitry Mezentsev, Maxim Oreshkin.
On November 18, 2018, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation joined CSR's board of founders.
On July 24, 2020, Maxim Reshetnikov was appointed as chairman of the CSR board.
